Responsibilities

• Check-in and greet customers, setting a positive tone for their experience.
• Answer multiple phone lines to fulfill patient needs.
• Make outbound calls as necessary.
• Cross-train and assist in other departments as needed.
• Direct visitors to the appropriate locations.
• Manage referrals effectively.
• Perform all other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Three years of patient/client-facing experience.
• Demonstrated excellence in customer service and satisfaction levels for internal and external customers.
• Focus on achieving quality and financial outcomes in a timely manner.
• Demonstrated personal integrity, honesty, and sincerity.
• Ability to provide vision and planning to reach goals and welcome innovation.
• Understanding of key stakeholders and industry trends.
• Ability to perform core responsibilities efficiently and effectively.
