About the position

This position involves providing exceptional customer service to clients in a tax preparation office. The role requires answering phones, greeting clients warmly, and ensuring that their needs are met throughout their service experience. You will be responsible for matching clients with the appropriate tax professionals and scheduling appointments according to their preferences. Additionally, maintaining a clean and organized office environment is essential, as is collaborating with team members to ensure resources are readily available. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
  • Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs
  • Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled
  • Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually
  • Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Computer proficient with the ability to use Microsoft Office
