About the position

The Receptionist at RACCAR Automotive is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients visiting the dealership. This part-time role involves greeting clients, answering phone calls, and performing light clerical duties while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service by greeting dealership clients as they arrive.
• Answer all incoming calls and take messages as needed.
• Replenish the Cafe' waiting area with beverages and snacks.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform light clerical responsibilities.

Requirements

• Prior receptionist or hospitality experience preferred.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Word and Outlook.
• Professional appearance and excellent personality.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Outstanding customer communication skills.
