Responsibilities

  • Greets all visitors entering the community and answers questions.
  • Ensures visitors sign guest sheets and directs phone calls to the proper residents and staff.
  • Sorts, delivers, and collects incoming/outgoing community and resident mail.
  • Performs basic office/clerical functions and maintains visitor logs.
  • Responds to resident emergencies by calling appropriate internal and external parties based on community protocol.
