About the position
This position involves providing exceptional customer service by answering phones and greeting clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner. You will be responsible for matching clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs and scheduling clients according to their preferences. Additionally, you will help ensure that all client needs are met during service, whether in person, over the phone, or virtually. Maintaining office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members is also a key responsibility, along with performing other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
- Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs
- Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled
- Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a customer service environment
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Computer proficient with the ability to use Microsoft Office
