Responsibilities

• Greet and check in customers as they arrive at the salon.
• Communicate with customers regarding wait times and salon processes.
• Assist customers in understanding the Online Check-in service.
• Support stylists with light cleaning and sweeping duties.
• Manage customer flow between check-in and service areas.
• Process transactions and issue receipts to customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the front desk and lobby area.
• Answer phone calls and inform customers about services offered.
• Update customer records with contact information.
• Assist stylists in maintaining salon cleanliness.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service skills.
