About the position

The Recipient Solutions Manager I at Cochlear is responsible for enhancing patient outcomes through personalized education and engagement strategies for new recipients of hearing solutions. This role involves collaborating with various teams to promote product usage, establish clinic relationships, and drive recipient referrals, ultimately fostering self-sufficiency and satisfaction with Cochlear's offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Provide meaningful recipient engagement through personalized education and marketing strategies.
  • Plan and execute in-market regional and virtual events to onboard and educate recipients.
  • Collaborate with Consumer and Professional field teams to drive adoption of the RSM role with clinical partners.
  • Identify in-market upgrade opportunities and facilitate recipient upgrade conversions.
  • Generate reports to highlight the impact and value of the RSM program to internal partners and clinicians.
  • Maintain compliance with company documentation and reporting policies.
  • Communicate effectively and manage strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in communication disorders or relevant field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years in a clinical, educational, sales, or marketing setting supporting individuals with hearing loss.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience taking action and ownership of experience within a given region.
  • Ability to travel approximately 20-30% of the time.
  • Ability to lift 30lbs.
