About the position

The Record Center Specialist position involves intensive data entry and physical handling of documents. The role requires the employee to frequently carry cartons of documents to and from a workstation, ensuring accurate data entry into the system while adhering to safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Key information into the data system continuously.
  • Carry cartons of documents to/from the pallet to the computer workstation every 5-7 minutes.
  • Ensure proper handling of cartons weighing between 30-50 lbs.
  • Maintain safety standards by wearing protective footwear.

Requirements

  • Ability to perform intensive and constant keying of information into a data system.
  • Physical capability to carry cartons weighing 30-50 lbs over a distance of 15-20 feet.
  • Compliance with safety footwear standards (ASTM F2413-11).
