About the position
As a Hybrid Driver/Warehouse Specialist at Access, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while managing the logistics of confidential document handling. This position combines warehouse responsibilities with driving duties, providing a dynamic work environment where no two days are the same. You will be responsible for preparing orders, loading and unloading vehicles, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Prepare all materials, tapes, and boxes full of confidential documents for delivery.
- Assist Transportation Specialists in loading and unloading company vehicles.
- Process all incoming orders using wireless scanning technology.
- Investigate and resolve any order discrepancies for incoming or outgoing orders.
- Prepare necessary paperwork for daily deliveries.
- Start the day in the records center, loading the company vehicle with materials and preparing paperwork for deliveries.
- Spend part of the day on the road delivering and picking up client documents and materials, ensuring client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License with a good driving record.
- Physical ability to lift boxes and materials weighing up to 60 pounds and carry boxes weighing up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the day.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a warehouse/physical atmosphere.
- 1 to 2 years of driving experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment substance abuse screening, background check, and DOT physical.
