About The Position

The Record Information Analyst at the Massachusetts Port Authority is responsible for managing and ensuring the accuracy and organization of critical design data and systems. This role involves collaborating with diverse teams, providing technical guidance, and maintaining standards to support seamless access to accurate and up-to-date information. The analyst will streamline processes, solve challenges, and enable others to succeed through their expertise and dedication.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with data entry systems.
  • 1-3 years of experience in database data entry, GIS, CAD, or BIM.
  • Ability to read and understand construction plans with demonstrated knowledge of databases and Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Publisher).
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to quickly learn new software.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update databases and systems to ensure accurate, organized, and accessible As-Built Record Models, Drawings, and project data.
  • Review and ensure compliance with standards, recommending updates and improvements to maintain data integrity and adherence to guidelines.
  • Oversee and coordinate deliverables, ensuring all stakeholders follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and providing technical support and training as needed.
  • Convert, manage, and safeguard digital and hard-copy records, ensuring seamless access to up-to-date information for staff and consultants.
