About the position

The Record Retrieval Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring clients receive timely and accurate record management services. This position focuses on building strong relationships with clients and record custodians while efficiently managing document retrieval processes to enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively reach out to record custodians and facilities to expedite document retrieval.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and facility personnel, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism.
  • Enter and track record requests in our systems, keeping accurate client and facility databases.
  • Provide regular updates on order statuses and resolve client inquiries or complaints related to services and products.
  • Handle special projects and ensure compliance with safety and work standards.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service or client management, preferably in legal or medical retrieval.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to resolve complex issues effectively.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
