About the position

The position at Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling involves managing the end-to-end Order to Cash processes, ensuring collaboration across various departments to enhance the Record to Report (RTR) processes. The role focuses on driving operational improvements, simplifying and standardizing processes, and ensuring compliance with policies while measuring performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end Order to Cash processes in conjunction with all departments involved in the RTR processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the RTR space to develop and refine the policies and processes to drive operational improvements.
• Drive simplification, optimization, and standardization of all processes within RTR and eliminate duplication of effort.
• Develop strategies for General Ledger and Reporting Master Data and RTR processes.
• Measure and report on policy compliance/operational success as well as gaps to drive efficient and effective processes.
• Perform root cause analysis to determine causes of missed performance metrics and/or incidents.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Experience in managing Order to Cash processes.
• Strong analytical skills for root cause analysis and performance measurement.
• Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and departments.
• Experience in developing and refining policies and processes.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in the beverage industry or similar sectors.
• Familiarity with General Ledger and Reporting Master Data.
