About the position

The Account Executive at Record360 is responsible for driving new business growth in the heavy equipment rental and truck rental verticals. This role involves managing the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals, focusing on engaging prospects with a defined need for Record360's solutions. The position is ideal for a competitive individual with strong communication skills who is eager to make a significant impact in a high-growth startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Closing new accounts in core verticals (equipment rental and truck rental)
• Driving growth through outbound prospecting and converting opportunities into paying customers
• Owning and executing deals from prospect to demo and close
• Accurately assessing customer needs and positioning solutions accordingly
• Conducting high-quality, compelling product demonstrations
• Communicating clearly and professionally with customers via phone and email
• Collaborating with the Customer Success team for seamless customer onboarding
• Continuously improving sales approaches and processes
• Tracking activity and updating account information in Outreach/Salesforce

Requirements

• 1+ years of outbound sales experience
• Experience with Salesforce's CRM is a plus
• Industry knowledge of equipment rental and truck rental is a plus
• SaaS sales experience is a plus
• B2B sales experience is a plus
• Experience with Outreach is a plus
