Recovery Clerk

About the position

The Recovery Clerk at BJ's Wholesale Club is responsible for providing excellent service to members while ensuring the sales floor is well-stocked, clean, and organized. This part-time role involves replenishing merchandise, maintaining club standards, and supporting a collaborative and inclusive environment. The position emphasizes teamwork, member satisfaction, and adherence to club policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous service to members.
• Replenish, refill, stock, and straighten merchandise.
• Ensure proper signage of merchandise.
• Keep the sales floor clean, neat, and fully organized.
• Replenish milk, dairy, freezer, food, and non-food merchandise.
• Fold and organize apparel, books, and other merchandise.
• Remove empty cardboard from the sales floor and replenish box bins.
• Use cardboard baler to dispose of cardboard.
• Return all returned and re-shop merchandise to the sales floor.
• Maintain all club policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed.

Requirements

• Must successfully complete required training and certification processes.
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail required.
