About The Position
As a Recovery Co-worker at IKEA, you will play a vital role in our commitment to sustainability and quality. In your daily tasks, you will present IKEA products in the As-Is section with a strong commercial expression, selling these products with pride while setting attractive prices that still generate the best results for the store. You will also support the quality work in the store, constantly improving customers' perceptions of IKEA products. Sustainability will be at the forefront of your decision-making process, as you will always consider the impact of your actions on the environment. Working as part of a diverse team, you will engage with customers both in-store and online, utilizing your knowledge of the IKEA product range and local market needs to create meaningful connections that maximize sales and profitability.
