The Recovery Coach Program Coordinator is a full-time position at Arbour Hospital, working 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday. This role is crucial in overseeing, developing, and expanding the Recovery Coach program, which is part of the hospital's commitment to providing high-quality behavioral health services. Arbour Hospital has been serving the greater Boston area since 1909, with a dedicated medical staff that averages 20 years of practice, ensuring a patient-focused approach to care. The hospital offers a range of services for primary psychiatric and substance abuse disorders, emphasizing individualized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each patient. In this position, the Recovery Coach Program Coordinator will be responsible for providing individual and group supervision to Recovery Coaches, assigning cases based on clients' specific needs, and ensuring that all services provided are documented accurately. The coordinator will also play a vital role in networking with community entities to expand programming and gather additional resources for both coaches and clients. This position requires close collaboration with the clinic director and the director of outpatient substance abuse services to ensure that clients have access to the necessary services, both within and outside of the Arbour system. The Recovery Coach Program Coordinator will review incoming referrals for Recovery Coach services, assess the unique needs of each client, and assign them to appropriate Recovery Coaches. Regular supervision sessions will be conducted to support the coaches, and the coordinator will maintain a small caseload of clients needing coaching services. Administrative duties, including clinical documentation and data collection, will also be part of the role, ensuring that all processes are completed in a timely manner.
