About the position

The Recovery Project Coordinator position is an AmeriCorps role that focuses on making a significant impact in the community through service. The program also provides federal student loan forbearance and interest repayment, as well as time accrual toward the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program. For those starting in September, the education award increases to $7,395. The program offers specific benefits based on the number of hours committed per week. For members committing to 40 hours per week, a stipend of $1,200 is paid every two weeks, along with 100% coverage of individual health insurance premiums and childcare assistance based on family size and income.
