About the position

The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth for Chattanooga & LightForce product lines by developing relationships with existing and prospective customers. This role involves field promotional work, relationship management, and achieving sales revenue goals through strategic sales activities. The manager will coordinate resources to enhance revenue generation and will be accountable for maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned company goals and objectives through sales to designated accounts.
  • Cultivate customer relationships by initiating contact with physicians, clinic staff, and other device users.
  • Understand the competitive landscape and trends in the industry.
  • Demonstrate and educate on technical and clinical aspects of products to customers and patients.
  • Prepare price quotations and negotiate terms and conditions of sales within limits of authority.
  • Assist with equipment delivery, set-up, follow-up, and service as needed.
  • Support a network of key professionals to educate referrals on Enovis products.
  • Facilitate local educational and sales events to augment business presence.
  • Attend national, regional, state, and local tradeshows and conferences as required.
  • Develop and execute a business plan to exceed financial, market, and product portfolio goals for the assigned territory.
  • Utilize Salesforce to maintain up-to-date contacts, opportunities, targets, and outcomes.
  • Maintain sales funnel for sustained opportunities and comprehensive strategic call plans.
  • Schedule and prioritize time for effective territory coverage.
  • Drive sales through indirect sales channels and manage leads effectively.
  • Develop and maintain key customer relationships to achieve account objectives.
  • Respond to customer needs and concerns to resolve issues quickly and professionally.
  • Proactively cultivate competitive opportunities that result in converted business.
  • Demonstrate commitment to compliance and ethical standards in all activities.
  • Complete administrative responsibilities accurately and timely.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales or relevant Customer Service for Territory Manager; 5 years for Senior Territory Manager.
  • Experience selling capital equipment strongly preferred.
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Effective communication skills at all organizational levels, both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build constructive relationships with co-workers and customers.
  • Demonstrated presentation skills in 1:1 or group settings.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities.
  • Adaptability to change and ability to respond quickly to customer needs.
  • Trust and integrity in interactions with others.
