About the position
The Recreation Attendant is responsible for monitoring the use of club facilities by residents and guests, ensuring adherence to rules and regulations. This part-time role involves assisting with the operation and maintenance of facilities, verifying residents' memberships, and providing excellent customer service. The position requires flexibility in scheduling, with shifts available on weekends and evenings.
Responsibilities
- Monitor resident and guest use of club facilities for adherence to rules and regulations.
- Assist in the operation and maintenance of facilities.
- Verify residents' membership to club facilities and surrounding areas.
- Meet and greet homeowners, residents, and guests.
- Research and respond to inquiries.
- Assist homeowners with membership IDs, parking passes, and pool passes during the season.
- Walk and inspect common areas to ensure cleanliness.
- Perform cleaning tasks such as polishing, dusting, sweeping, and removing debris.
- Set up, tear down, and maintain furniture and equipment for indoor and outdoor events.
- Report safety or maintenance issues to the General Manager.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- On-time, reliable, dependable, and proactive work habits.
- Flexible to work nights and weekends.
- Ability to follow directions, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
