About The Position
The City of Lake Oswego Parks & Recreation Department is seeking to fill two full-time Recreation Specialist positions in Aquatics. These specialists will be responsible for developing and implementing various aquatic programs, including swim lessons and fitness classes, while also overseeing daily operations and ensuring safety and maintenance of the facilities. The role requires independent decision-making and coordination with lifeguards and maintenance staff.
