About the position

The Recreational Xcel Gymnastics Coach position at Kids First Sports Center involves teaching gymnastics to children aged 6 years through teens in a fun and safe environment. The role requires innovative and enthusiastic individuals who can create engaging lessons while ensuring the highest level of safety. The position is part-time, with weekday evenings and Saturday hours required.

Responsibilities

• Setup fun and creative gymnastics stations and tear them down after use.
• Run through a set curriculum in an encouraging and captivating manner.
• Create a high-energy atmosphere to keep classes enjoyable while maintaining safety.
• Meet children at their skill level and assist them in their growth as gymnasts.
• Build positive and encouraging relationships with clients and their families.

Requirements

• At least 17 years old.
• USAG SafeSport certification.
• 2 years of prior gymnastics coaching experience at Level 5 or Xcel Silver.
