About the position

The Healthcare Recruiter position at Innova Solutions is a full-time contract role focused on providing strategic recruiting support for specific service lines within the healthcare sector. The recruiter will manage the full recruitment cycle, from requisition management to candidate sourcing and offer extension, while also developing talent pipelines and ensuring compliance with recruitment standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic recruiting support and consultation to specific service lines.
• Drive strategic recruitment and sourcing of high volume and niche positions.
• Interface with business and key stakeholders to deliver qualified talent for critical vacancies.
• Manage requisition processes, including hiring manager intake and pipeline development.
• Conduct pre-screening and phone interviews, schedule interviews, and manage applicant debrief sessions.
• Extend offers and disposition all applicants.
• Develop passive candidate pipelines through networking, cold calling, and complex internet searches.
• Build talent communities through social media and other channels.
• Research and evaluate new sourcing methods to create innovative strategies.
• Develop relationships with client groups to understand their business needs and fill positions timely.
• Drive operational excellence and compliance in recruitment processes.
• Propose diversity strategies to attract a diverse workforce.
• Mentor and provide training to Recruiters and Coordinators.

Requirements

• 2 years of recruiting experience, specifically in Nursing/Radiology.
• Experience with Taleo is highly preferred.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in healthcare recruitment is a plus.
• Strong networking skills and ability to build talent communities.
