About the position

Care Advantage, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Healthcare Recruiter to join our team in Columbia, MD. This full-time position focuses on high-volume recruitment for Personal Care Assistants and Certified Nursing Assistants, playing a crucial role in supporting our mission to provide exceptional care to seniors in the community. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment, particularly in the healthcare sector, and will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from advertising to onboarding.

Responsibilities

  • Full lifecycle recruitment of Personal Care Assistants/Certified Nursing Assistants
  • Responsible for all recruitment activities including advertising and postings
  • Build and maintain local relationships with schools, outplacement services, VEC, DSS, etc.
  • Conduct phone screenings and interviews
  • Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Oversee onboarding and hiring processes
  • Develop a successful recruitment strategy for the office
  • Support on-call recruitment needs as necessary
  • Distribute paychecks weekly and assist with employee files
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Administrator

Requirements

  • High School Graduate or G.E.D. equivalent, preferred with work-related experience
  • Satisfactory reference from prior employer
  • 1+ year experience recruiting preferred
  • Proficient with MS Office and MS Teams
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others
