About the position

The Recruiter Associate will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for candidates. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about talent acquisition and eager to contribute to building a diverse and skilled workforce.

Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Assist in the development of job descriptions and recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress in the applicant tracking system.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or human resources.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Familiarity with diversity and inclusion initiatives.
