  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective job descriptions.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates and active applicants to streamline the recruiting process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to enhance recruiting strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a recruiter, particularly in B2B sales roles.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $50,000 with uncapped commission.
