About the position

The Recruiter (Bilingual) position at Dynamic Service Solutions involves managing all recruitment procedures to support various projects. The role focuses on achieving staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates, advising managers, and overseeing the screening process. The recruiter will also handle administrative tasks related to HR, ensuring a smooth hiring process and maintaining a strong talent pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites.
  • Manages an active database of qualified personnel, screening applicants, interviewing, and checking references.
  • Recommends and implements recruitment strategies, including researching recruitment websites and job fairs.
  • Plans and coordinates job fairs and other recruitment events.
  • Updates and maintains the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Attracts candidates using various sources and external job boards.
  • Posts job ads, organizes resumes and job applications.
  • Monitors and audits career site and other external posting sites for accuracy.
  • Conducts application reviews to assess work experience, credentials, and professionalism of applicants.
  • Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
  • Completes the recruitment cycle with each qualified applicant, including scheduling and conducting interviews and completing background checks.
  • Ensures all required pre-employment screening is completed.
  • Assists in completing the pre-employment process for new hires.
  • Handles I-9 and E-Verify processes.
  • Ensures the company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline.
  • Compiles reports and spreadsheets and prepares documents using Microsoft Suite.
  • Creates, reviews, and provides critical analysis of recruiting activity for continuous improvement.
  • Enhances efficiency and productivity of procedures.
  • Keeps senior management informed with detailed and accurate reports or presentations.
  • Performs other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in full cycle recruiting.
  • Minimum of 2 years of ATS management experience.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Familiarity with HR databases, ATS, and CMS.
  • Excellent interviewing skills.
  • Exceptional time management skills, including prioritizing and organizing multiple projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous experience management in ADP Workforce Now (preferred).
  • Previous experience working with Federal government contracts (a plus).
