About the position

As a Bilingual Recruiter, you will be responsible for overseeing all recruiting activities within a facility. This includes placing advertisements, organizing, and attending job fairs and other recruiting events in the local community. You will conduct candidate interviews as part of a strategic recruiting plan that you will develop and execute, ensuring that our partner operations are fully staffed. Your role will be pivotal in aligning recruiting strategies with business needs, particularly in filling field positions for our client sites. In this position, you will analyze industry, product, and geographical trends in talent acquisition. You will manage tools, resources, and technologies to identify talent effectively. Supporting the full-cycle recruiting process is essential, which includes sourcing, scheduling, and interviewing candidates. You will determine the appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting positions, negotiate and support hiring managers in developing new hire compensation packages, and develop an efficient recruiting process that meets client needs. Additionally, you will create and execute a recruiting plan, deliver effective orientations, and influence hiring decisions to ensure the best fit for long-term success. Building an ongoing candidate pipeline will be a key responsibility, along with the ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and multi-task with minimal supervision. You will also monitor the effectiveness of all advertising campaigns and participate in job fairs and community events to enhance recruitment efforts.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 1+ years' experience in full life cycle recruiting process.
  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of recruiting practices.
  • Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and/or Human Resources Inventory System (HRIS).
  • Knowledge of MS Office software: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong communications skills, both oral and written.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
