About the position

The Recruiter at Superior Pipeline Services LLC is responsible for collaborating with department managers to identify future hiring needs and attract candidates through various sourcing methods. This role involves screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates to ensure the company hires and retains top talent while maintaining a strong talent pipeline. The Recruiter will also manage the onboarding process and maintain communication with new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.

Responsibilities

  • Researches and analyzes applicant pool sources to improve sourcing, selection, hiring, and onboarding processes.
  • Organizes, schedules, and attends company open house recruiting events, job fairs, and community events.
  • Presents appropriate talent for open positions, including phone screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Coordinates pre-employment tests and verifies references, background checks, and conducts orientation for new hires.
  • Maintains communication with new hires and seeks continuous feedback for improvement.
  • Assists in the administration of employee record systems, including compensation and performance management.

Requirements

  • Two (2+) years of full cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.
  • One (1+) year of proficiency in using job boards and social media for sourcing talent.
  • Demonstrated success with ATS platform implementation or administration.
  • Working knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and Local employment regulations.
  • Two (2+) years of strong customer service and critical thinking skills.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.

  • Experience in organizing recruiting events and community partnerships.
  • Strong decision-making and analytical thinking ability.
