About the position

As a full-time Career Services Advisor at Lincoln Tech in Mahwah, NJ, you will play a crucial role in helping students transition into their careers after graduation. This position requires a results-driven individual who is an energetic team player with strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Finalize and approve resumes
• Conduct mock interviews with students
• Schedule employment interviews for recent and upcoming graduates
• Ensure that all graduates are effectively using the provided resources to obtain interviews
• Make follow-up calls regarding interview outcomes and employment confirmation
• Maintain consistent contact with graduates until employment is successfully secured within their field of study

Requirements

• Associate degree or related work experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
• Experience using social media platforms
• Must work onsite daily
• Able to work at least one night per week
• Experience with CampusVue - a plus
• Sales or previous staffing/recruitment/career services/coaching experience
• Familiarity with online job searches and tools
