The Recruiter for DCOM Orange Park at Lincoln Memorial University is a pivotal role focused on advising and recruiting prospective applicants for admission to the LMU-DCOM program. The recruiter will engage with potential students, providing them with essential information about the program, the admissions process, and the benefits of attending LMU-DCOM. This role requires a proactive approach to outreach and engagement, ensuring that prospective students feel supported and informed throughout their application journey. In addition to recruitment, the position entails extensive travel to various colleges and universities to promote the DCOM program. The recruiter will participate in AOA multi-COM recruitment events, responding to inquiries via telephone and email regarding the admissions process. They will also be responsible for processing application information and supporting documentation, updating applicant files, and notifying applicants of their application status. The recruiter will play a key role in planning and implementing on-campus events, such as open houses, orientations, and commencement activities, which are crucial for engaging with prospective students and their families. Furthermore, the recruiter will manage the LMU GPA program for DCOM and assist in developing recruitment plans tailored to attract qualified candidates. This includes scheduling and delivering presentations to pre-med and pre-health clubs at various colleges and universities, thereby enhancing the visibility of the DCOM program. Maintaining accurate recruitment reports is also a critical aspect of this role, ensuring that the recruitment strategies are effective and aligned with the university's goals.

Responsibilities

Requirements
