The Executive Leadership Recruiter supports Memorial Healthcare System's (MHS) mission, vision and values through sourcing and selection activities to identify, select, and hire top talent. This role provides Talent Acquisition strategy support to hiring leaders while performing full life-cycle recruitment in assigned areas. The recruiter is responsible for supporting the MHS culture by providing the Memorial Experience throughout the recruitment process. The Executive Leadership Recruiter will extract and compile data to create competitive job offers, screen and select top talent candidates by conducting initial interviews, and submit candidates to hiring managers for review and feedback. Additionally, the recruiter will construct competitive offer packages and create sourcing strategies to attract and find top talent candidates to fill open requisitions using technology-based search techniques and established external relationships. The recruiter will also support and attend recruitment hiring events or conferences, demonstrating current knowledge of and compliance with employment laws and regulations in all recruitment and hiring activities. Maintaining department goals to uphold the Memorial Experience for all applicants, candidates, hiring managers, and team members is essential, as measured by various customer experience surveys.

Responsibilities

  • Screens and selects top talent candidates by conducting initial interviews, submitting candidates to hiring manager for review and feedback, and constructing competitive offer package.
  • Creates sourcing strategies to attract and find top talent candidates to fill open requisitions using technology-based search techniques and established external relationships; supports and attends recruitment hiring events or conferences.
  • Demonstrates current knowledge of and compliance with employment laws and regulations in all recruitment and hiring activities.
  • Maintains department goals to maintain the Memorial Experience to all applicants, candidates, hiring managers and team members as measured by various customer experience surveys.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (Required)
  • Five (5) years of Full Cycle Leadership Recruitment experience.
  • Critical thinking skills and decisive judgment.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and in a stressful environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's degree and professional certification preferred.
