About The Position

The Recruiter at InteLogix will be responsible for managing the talent acquisition process at the El Paso location. This role involves developing and implementing recruitment strategies, sourcing candidates, and ensuring compliance with company standards. The Recruiter will work independently at this site while collaborating with a broader team across the U.S.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 2 years of related recruiting experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of candidate selection methods
  • Deep understanding of recruitment processes
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Operations to create and implement a talent acquisition strategy for identifying internal and external talent.
  • Establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives.
  • Build applicant sources by researching and contacting colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, and internet sites.
  • Determine applicant requirements by studying job descriptions and qualifications.
  • Attract applicants by placing job advertisements and contacting recruiters.
  • Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants and analyzing responses.
  • Arrange management interviews by coordinating schedules.
  • Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and qualifications with managers.
  • Manage and administer the application process including screening, paperwork, testing, reference checking, and recordkeeping.
  • Complete and accurately maintain required recruiting reports.
  • Administer inventory/orders related to recruitment advertising and testing tools.
  • Maintain concentration and focus to meet performance goals.
  • React positively to an ongoing, changing environment.
  • Demonstrate the ability to handle pressure when attempting to meet deadlines.
  • Maintain good working relationships with assigned supervisors and coworkers.
