About the position

The Recruiter Contractor at Swire Coca-Cola plays a crucial role in the hiring process for various positions within the company. This position involves collaborating with hiring leaders and human resources to identify and attract top talent, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. The role is responsible for executing recruitment strategies and delivering a highly motivated workforce to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Actively support execution of business priorities by efficiently delivering top talent to the business.
  • Partner with hiring leaders to define candidate requirements and assist in creating effective job postings that attract applicants.
  • Deliver full cycle recruitment (candidate screening, short-listing, interviewing, and selection) to the business, in partnership with Sourcing and other TA team members.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels, such as our applicant tracking system, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc., to post open positions and proactively adjust strategies if desired applicant flow is insufficient.
  • Assist stakeholders with conducting on-time, quality candidate reviews and activities.
  • Guide hiring leaders through the hiring process to ensure that the right talent is selected for the right role.
  • Partner with hiring leaders and human resources peers to create an exceptional and positive recruitment experience for all stakeholders.
  • Source passive candidates through platforms like Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experience (1 additional year of experience required in lieu of every 1 year of schooling) required.
  • 1+ years experience working in human resources or recruiting/talent acquisition required.
  • Knowledge of recruitment policies and processes including knowledge of equal employment opportunity regulations.
  • Proficiency in leveraging communication technology (Teams, Zoom, etc.) for conducting candidate interviews.
  • Experience with HRIS, ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools.
  • Familiarity with passive candidate sourcing tools (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, ATS, etc...)
