About the position

The Recruiter - Manufacturing position at JCB North America is a full-time role focused on managing the recruitment lifecycle for various hourly and salary positions within the manufacturing sector. The recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, develop innovative recruiting strategies, and maintain relationships with a database of qualified candidates. This role requires a proactive approach to sourcing talent through job boards and social media, as well as strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with hiring managers and the manufacturing General Manager to understand hiring needs.
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for open hourly and salary roles.
• Develop and maintain relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent.
• Partner with the Human Resources team and senior managers to design and implement recruiting strategies.
• Stay active on job boards and social networks to find talent and create job descriptions.
• Develop and release job postings on various platforms.
• Utilize multiple recruiting sources to find quality candidates.
• Screen resumes, qualify candidates, and manage the interview process.
• Follow up on interview status and update records in the internal database.

Requirements

• 2+ years of proven experience in recruitment and conducting various types of interviews.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet quotas.
• Experience working with Microsoft Office suite and database management.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office and internet search.
