About the position

The Recruiter at NetJets Services, Inc. will develop and manage the talent acquisition strategy, collaborating with senior recruiters to create recruitment plans for various roles. This position involves building strong partnerships with internal clients and leading the full life cycle recruitment process for positions ranging from entry-level to C-level. The Recruiter will focus on developing multiple sourcing channels to attract both active and passive candidates, leveraging technology for an efficient recruitment process, and supporting the Employee Value Proposition strategy through effective recruiting strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Screen applicant resumes and applications, perform phone interviews and make referral recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain strong consultative relationships with customer groups to establish recruiting strategy and execution by delivering qualified, diverse candidate slates.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking System and other HRIS systems to maintain data integrity of records for all hiring activities and employment decisions.
  • Provide research and analysis of recruiting market trends, understanding implications and recommending solutions.
  • Plan and support recruiting events and represent the NetJets brand at job fairs, tradeshows, networking events, and community events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Communications.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a corporate recruiting environment.
  • Strong experience in implementing a wide range of recruiting programs and processes.
  • Proven track record of continuous process improvement and willingness to challenge the status quo.
  • Experience using metrics and reporting systems to measure results and set service level agreements with clients.
  • Ability to apply consultative skills to a customer base.
  • Proven experience in building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates to create future talent pipelines.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience sourcing candidates through creative channels including networking and social media.
  • 0-2 years experience with Applicant Tracking Systems or HRIS.
