About the position

Positive Investments is seeking an experienced Recruiter/Onboarding Specialist with a strong background in Property Management. The role focuses on full-cycle recruitment, sourcing, and onboarding of top talent within the property management sector. The ideal candidate will leverage their industry knowledge to identify high-caliber candidates and build long-term relationships for successful talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for property management positions, including property managers, leasing agents, maintenance staff, and other corporate roles.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and industry contacts.
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with company values.
  • Utilize deep knowledge of the property management sector to understand client needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
  • Create and maintain a talent pipeline of active and passive candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Ensure all hiring practices comply with local, state, and federal employment laws.
  • Assist in onboarding new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles within the company.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in the property management industry.
  • Strong understanding of the property management sector, including key roles and responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships within the property management community and talent pools.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills to navigate recruitment challenges.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with high-volume hiring in the real estate or property management sector.
