As a Recruiter for Physician & Leadership roles, you will play a crucial role in the provision and support of candidate sourcing, networking, and assessment for Executive Search. This position is responsible for developing and interviewing a slate of qualified candidates for client presentations, ensuring that we attract the best talent in the healthcare industry. In this role, you will be at the forefront of the recruiting process, which includes sourcing, qualifying, interviewing, and presenting candidates. You will develop and drive both direct and indirect sourcing techniques, utilizing sophisticated internet searches, cold calling, social and professional networking, and diversity recruiting to build a robust network of both passive and active candidates. Your ability to meet metric goals while maintaining a high level of candidate quality will be essential. You will lead sourcing for multiple sophisticated searches, crafting innovative strategies to engage top talent through various tools and methods. Regular communication with the Recruitment Leader regarding recruitment status and updates will be vital to ensure alignment and efficiency in the hiring process. Additionally, you will maintain current knowledge of recruiting laws, regulations, and guidelines to perform your duties in accordance with the Corporate Compliance Plan. As part of your responsibilities, you will partner with the Clinical & Quality Operations team to provide updated submission statuses and expedite the Hiring Professional approval process for timely starts. Building and nurturing relationships with Hiring Professionals will be key to establishing a professional network and leveraging referrals for future opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a slate of qualified candidates for presentation to the Recruitment Manager.
  • Manage the front end of the recruiting process including sourcing, qualifying, interviewing, and presenting candidates.
  • Utilize direct and indirect sourcing techniques to build a strong network of candidates.
  • Meet metric goals while maintaining a high level of candidate quality.
  • Lead sourcing for multiple sophisticated searches and craft innovative sourcing strategies.
  • Maintain effective communication with the Recruitment Leader regarding recruitment status and updates.
  • Stay informed about recruiting laws, regulations, and guidelines.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree plus 0-2 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 2-4 years of work experience.
  • Experience in a healthcare staffing role.
  • Experience building strong business relationships with key partners and decision-makers.
  • Ability to maintain confidential and critical information.
  • Knowledge of interviewing techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to adapt recruitment direction and priorities based on changing needs.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary range of $60,000 - $65,000 annually, dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
  • Potential for additional compensation such as bonuses or commissions.
