About the position

As the Recruiting Operations Manager at Datadog, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's growth by hiring top-tier talent across various disciplines. This position involves collaborating with the recruiting team and other departments to implement best practices and optimize the hiring process, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze recruiting data and metrics to inform best practices and optimize recruiting efforts.
  • Identify challenges and implement changes to improve sourcing and hiring processes.
  • Evaluate and roll out new products, platforms, and systems.
  • Maintain recruiting tools, particularly Greenhouse, ensuring full utilization.
  • Evaluate sourcing channels for effectiveness and optimal ROI.
  • Manage vendor relationships.
  • Partner with the recruiting team and hiring managers to design and drive an efficient process for a top-notch candidate experience.
  • Onboard and train new members of the team.

Requirements

  • Experience working with and setting up process in a modern ATS, preferably Greenhouse.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills to discover, model, analyze, measure, improve and automate recruiting processes.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to understand and adapt to rapidly changing priorities and environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Recruiting-related experience with a high-tech or SaaS company.
