The Recruiter position is a fully remote role within a nationwide recruiting firm, offering a base salary of $50,000 plus uncapped commission. This role is designed for highly driven sales individuals who are eager to build their own book of business and manage a full life cycle recruiting desk. Recruiters will utilize advanced technology systems to source talent, conduct interviews, and negotiate salaries, all while fostering a people-first culture.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage your own book of business.
• Run a full life cycle recruiting desk.
• Use lead generation methodologies to attract new clients.
• Source top talent using advanced technology systems.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering resumes and conducting interviews.
• Negotiate salaries for candidates.

Requirements

• 1+ years of B2B sales experience or 6 months of recruiting experience.
• College degree preferred but not required.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Resourceful and able to conduct thorough research.
• Ability to write professional emails and catchy ads.
• Motivated to succeed and driven to achieve goals.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Confidentiality skills to handle sensitive information.
