About the position

The Recruiter position is a fully remote role within a nationwide recruiting firm, offering a base salary plus uncapped commission. This role is designed for individuals who are driven and eager to build their own book of business while managing a full life cycle recruiting desk. Recruiters will utilize advanced technology systems to source talent and serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring a high level of service and successful placements.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage your own book of business.
  • Run a full life cycle recruiting desk.
  • Use lead generation methodologies to attract new clients.
  • Source top talent using advanced technology systems.
  • Deliver the best resumes to clients and conduct thorough interviews.
  • Negotiate salaries for candidates on behalf of clients.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of B2B sales experience or 6 months of recruiting experience.
  • College degree preferred but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a love for building relationships.
  • Resourceful with a strong ability to research.
  • Ability to write professional emails and catchy ads.
  • Motivated to succeed and driven to achieve goals.
  • Good communication skills and comfort in engaging with people.
  • Confidentiality skills to handle sensitive information.
