Responsibilities

  • Build and manage your own book of business.
  • Run a full life cycle recruiting desk.
  • Use lead generation methodologies to attract new clients.
  • Source and interview candidates on behalf of clients.
  • Negotiate salaries for candidates.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of B2B sales experience or 6 months of recruiting experience.
  • College degree preferred but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a love for building relationships.
  • Resourceful and able to conduct thorough research.
  • Ability to write professional emails and catchy ads.
  • Motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive environment.
  • Comfortable communicating with diverse individuals.
  • Confidentiality skills to handle sensitive information.
