The role focuses on building a personal book of business and managing a full life cycle recruiting desk, utilizing advanced technology to source talent and connect with clients. Recruiters are expected to thrive in a sales-driven environment, leveraging their skills to generate leads, conduct interviews, and negotiate salaries, all while fostering a people-first culture.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a personal book of business.
• Run a full life cycle recruiting desk.
• Utilize lead generation methodologies to attract new clients.
• Source top talent using advanced technology systems.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering quality resumes and conducting interviews.
• Negotiate salaries for candidates on behalf of clients.

Requirements

• 1+ years of B2B sales experience or 6 months of recruiting experience.
• College degree preferred but not required.
• Strong relationship-building skills and a love for people.
• Resourceful with a knack for research.
• Ability to write professional emails and catchy ads.
• Motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive environment.
• Good communication skills and comfort in interacting with people.
• Confidentiality skills to handle sensitive information.
