About The Position

The Recruiter position at Pacific Aviation is a full-time remote role focused on supporting the recruitment of support staff for client accounts in the Raleigh-Durham and Boston areas, among other East Coast cities. The role involves collaborating with HR and operational leadership to identify staffing needs, drafting job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews. The Recruiter will also be responsible for maintaining the applicant tracking system and ensuring a positive onboarding experience for new hires.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, volume and metric-driven environment.
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers through the full-cycle hiring process.
  • Strong attention to detail and superb time management skills.
  • Verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, and customer service skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Agency experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Director of Talent Acquisition, HR Leadership, and Operational leadership to determine staffing needs.
  • Draft relevant and realistic job postings in collaboration with HR/Talent Acquisition and Operations.
  • Review resumes and screen candidates systematically to identify suitable candidates.
  • Schedule interviews for Account Managers and plan/host hiring events when needed.
  • Conduct interviews and train Hiring Managers using the Hiring Guide.
  • Assist with interview training for new hiring managers in assigned stations.
  • Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (Workable preferred).
  • Utilize a broad range of sourcing strategies to attract candidates.
  • Maintain the employee referral program and reinforce relationships with hiring managers.
  • Regularly communicate with candidates to provide updates on their onboarding process.
  • Achieve established KPIs for recruiting activities and maintain accurate records in the ATS.
