The Flex Choice Staffing Recruiting Representative plays a crucial role in supporting the recruiting, hiring, and onboarding processes within the organization. This position ensures data integrity across various HR systems and files for all internal agency staffing hires, while also maintaining compliance with state and federal laws. The representative is responsible for providing quality HR support, enhancing the candidate experience, and managing the onboarding process effectively.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of the recruiting, hiring, and onboarding process.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy within HR systems and files for internal staffing hires.
• Audit new hire documentation and personnel files for data integrity purposes.
• Track new hire documentation proactively to ensure timely orientation.
• Provide routine status updates to recruiters and hiring managers.
• Initiate background checks and manage the process with the background check vendor.
• Pre-screen applications and facilitate scheduling of interviews.
• Identify candidates stuck in the process and follow up for feedback.
• Schedule new hire orientation and manage the orientation schedule.
• Identify opportunities for improving the candidate experience.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
