About the position
The Recruiter/Sales Coordinator role is a full-time position focused on client development and staffing for open positions. The candidate will engage in both sales and recruitment activities, requiring strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work independently. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is essential for this role, as it involves telemarketing, networking, and representing the company at job fairs.
Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with businesses to grow the client base through telemarketing, networking, and outside sales.
- Perform staffing support for the client base by sourcing candidates based on client requirements.
- Recruit top talent in the marketplace through networking and non-traditional resources.
- Conduct employee discussions to improve performance.
- Represent the company at job fairs and business expos.
Requirements
- Valid Driver's license and own transportation for client site visits.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales/staffing, preferably within the staffing industry or HR environment.
- Excellent customer service, sales, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to stay organized and prioritize multiple tasks without compromising quality or service.
- Ability to work independently and take direction.
