About the position

As a Recruiter - Sales Recruitment Specialist at 1031 Marketing, you will be instrumental in identifying and attracting top sales talent for the pest control industry. This role involves collaborating with sales managers to understand team needs, developing effective recruiting strategies, and ensuring a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates. Your networking skills and understanding of sales roles will be key in spotting high-potential candidates who can contribute to the company's success.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit sales candidates for pest control sales roles.
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to build a pool of high-caliber candidates.
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates' skills and cultural fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand the qualifications for successful sales representatives.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews for candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Represent 1031 Marketing at career fairs and networking events to build brand awareness.
• Work to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.

Requirements

• Recruiting experience, preferably with a focus on sales roles or high-volume recruitment.
• Proven ability to source and attract top talent with a strong network.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions.
• Experience with ATS software and social media recruiting.

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 1 year of experience in recruiting or sales.
