The Recruiter/Site Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting field operations by recruiting, screening, and onboarding skilled craft workers for construction projects. This role will work onsite, directly assisting the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner in sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, conducting pre-employment screenings, and ensuring all administrative aspects of onboarding are completed. Additionally, this role will support on-site and off-site drug screenings, facilitate orientation sessions, assist with benefits coordination, and provide administrative support for safety and site leadership teams. A key part of this role will involve coordinating and assisting with on-site training sessions, including safety training, equipment certifications, and compliance workshops in collaboration with the safety team and project leadership.
