Responsibilities

- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards, newspapers, and colleges
- Source and recruit candidates using databases and social media
- Screen candidates' resumes and job applications
- Conduct interviews and filter candidates for open positions
- Collaborate with client managers to identify future hiring needs
Requirements
- Mid-level HR sourcing experience
- Strong recruiting and interviewing skills
- Ability to design and implement recruiting strategies
- Experience in screening and assessing candidates
