About the position

The Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a crucial role in sourcing and attracting top talent for a nursing home group. This position involves proactive outreach to potential candidates, evaluating resumes, and conducting initial screenings to ensure a strong fit for open positions.

Responsibilities

• Cold calling and reaching out to prospective candidates on LinkedIn and competitive organizations
• Source candidates for open positions through online job sites and in-house database
• Evaluate and screen resumes received
• Conduct initial phone screens with potential candidates
• Facilitate resumes as needed
• Perform data entry as needed
• Perform cold calling and warm calling

Requirements

• Minimum of 1-year recruiting experience
• Self-starter and multi-tasking
• Excellent follow-up skills
• Ability to effectively communicate with others
