About the position
The Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a crucial role in the Talent Acquisition team, focusing on hiring passionate individuals to support children and families affected by autism. This position is integral to maintaining a welcoming candidate experience and ensuring the recruitment of suitable team members in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain an excellent and welcoming candidate experience for future team members.
- Determine the suitability of applicants for employment.
- Source, interview, and negotiate offers.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in an agency or fast-paced, high-volume recruiting role.
- Expertise in managing and scheduling interviews effectively.
- Experience with full-lifecycle recruiting including sourcing, video interviewing, and delivering offers.
- Proficient in managing candidates within an applicant tracking system and using Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
